Just like daddy.....Part 2

Here are some cute pics of Collin from the other day. He came in the bathroom while I was getting ready and said he needed to shave like daddy......
His "razor"....a comb

Then he wanted to brush his teeth like daddy...

And finally, we had to put gel in his hair just like daddy does.
So glad that my boys have such a wonderful daddy to look up to. We love you!

Weekend fun

This weekend, our long time family friend, Mickey, came to visit at mom & dad's, so we went to spend the weekend with her. We had a really nice visit and the boys all enjoyed their gifts from Mickey.
Me, Mickey, Courtney & Mom

Carter loves his new Poppity Pop truck

Hudson loves his puzzle

and the truck & tractor were a big hit with Collin! Thanks Mickey!

Ladies Night Out

Our church hosted a holiday themed "Ladies Night Out" earlier in the month. We had dinner, heard some great music, heard a great message and got some great decorating tips! It was a really fun night for the ladies at church. I invited my sis to come along with me.

We were actually shown how to make this beautiful wreath! I am so excited to try it!

Blue Skies.....nothing but blue skies.....

The beginning of November was unusually warm so we took advantage of the 70 degree weather one weekend when Josh's parents were here to take the boys to the park. Collin always loves to go there. These are a few of his favorite things.....

Climbing.....
Sliding....
and Swinging!

These are a few of Carter's favorite things....

Eating leaves....or putting whatever is in close proximity to his hands in his mouth
and, looking absolutely adorable!

Halloween 2009

Sorry it's taken me almost a month to post some new pics! Here are our little trick-or-treaters in action!
Collin was Diego from the cartoon "Go Diego Go!" and Carter was Diego's sidekick on the cartoon, Baby Jaguar. Yes, we painted Collin's hair dark because Diego's is. In hindsight, we really should have let him be a blonde Diego because that paint was a mess!

Collin was a trick-or-treat pro! He would walk up to the doors all by himself and say, "Trick or Treat!" then politely tell them thank you for his candy. It was so cute to watch but sad to see my little boy looking all grown up and so independent! It's been a few weeks, but he still asks me if he can go knock knock on some doors to get some more candy. ha!
